About the House
Aurora View Cottage is located on the west side of Fairbanks on Chena Ridge.
The house is a three bedroom, one and a half bath, 1700 square foot house with ample parking, which includes garage parking during Fairbanks' cold winter months.
Located on just under two acres, sitings of moose, ptarmigan, foxes, and other wildlife are regular occurrences.
Primary Bedroom
The house can accommodate up to six guests comfortably.
Primary Bedroom - King Size Bed
Extra bedding and extra closet space to accommodate guest needs.
Office - Full Size Bed
The office space doubles as a workspace or hosts guests for the stay. The alarm clocks available will charge your smart devices!
Two Twin Beds
As large in space as the primary bedroom, this room includes two twin beds.
Amenities
Amenities feature entertainment options such as a TV with streaming services and board games. Technology includes Wi-Fi, while safety features comprise smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, flashlights, and a first aid kit. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and a full-length mirror.
Garage and Ample Parking
There is free and ample parking available at the cottage for guests and visitors. Temperatures can dip to well below freezing during the winter months, and guests are welcome to park one car in the garage. Careful when pulling in!
Kitchen
The cottage is cozy and inviting, equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, and fresh bedding and towels are provided for guests. Upon arrival, you'll find coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar ready for you. A Keurig machine is available for single-serve coffee, along with an electric percolator for brewing full pots of coffee.
